BOOKING FEE

We reserve the right to request a 10% booking fee when booking any treatment to secure your appointment. The booking fee does get deducted after your treatment. If you are not suitable for the treatment the booking fee is refundable. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations require 48hrs notice for any cancellation or rescheduling for any appointment. All appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice of your appointment time, the booking fee will be taken as we will not be able to fill the slot. Appointments cancelled with 48-72hrs notice can be transferred over to an alternative date. Missed appointments altogether without contacting us prior (no show), the booking fee will be non-refundable.

REFUNDS

At our discretion, we can offer a full refund on retail products returned to us in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with a proof of purchase within 7 days of purchase. Opened products cannot be exchanged or refunded. If products are damaged, this must be reported to us within 48 hours. We do not offer a refund for treatments unless we acknowledge that the service received was below the professional standard we strive to achieve. Pre-paid treatment courses can be refunded, but the sessions already used will be charged at their full individual price as the course discount will no longer apply.

PUNCTUALITY

We kindly request you to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late for your appointment will interfere with your treatment and result in a reduction in your treatment that will end at their scheduled time. We kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment if it is your first appointment.

CONDUCT TREATMENT

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to customers who behave in an ill-mannered, aggressive or hostile way towards any member of staff.

TREATMENT DISCLAIMER

The results will vary from person to person; therefore results are not guaranteed as many factors can influence the treatment. Those can include lifestyle, diet, medical history and age can greatly affect the treatment. Please also note we may recommend a change in your treatment programme during your course of treatments to meet your individual needs.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers that have been purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please bring your gift voucher to your appointment.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

All offers are limited to one offer per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or product purchases.

CHILDREN

We regret that we are unable to allow children to remain unaccompanied in the reception area. For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment room at any time.

PETS

There is a no pet policy, due to allergies and hygiene reasons.
